Shipping Policy

Deland Motorsports currently ships online orders within the continental United States only. We do not currently ship website orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is $8.00 for eligible orders from $0.00 to $99.99.

Standard shipping is free for eligible orders of $100.00 or more.

Express shipping may be available for $15.00 when shown at checkout.

Oversized and special-handling items are excluded from free shipping and may require an additional or separately quoted shipping charge. This includes many CFMOTO accessories such as bumpers, windshields, roofs, and similar large items. Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout based on the order, product size, and shipping address.

Order Processing

In-stock orders are usually processed as quickly as possible during normal business days. Processing times can vary during busy periods, holidays, supplier delays, or when an item needs review before shipment.

Delivery Estimates

Carrier delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Deland Motorsports is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or delivery issues after the carrier marks a package as delivered.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, or if tracking shows delivery but you did not receive the package, contact us as soon as possible at partsmanager@delandmotorsports.com or (386) 287-3348. Please include your order number, tracking number, and photos if the package or item was damaged.
