U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) regulations require all boats up to 39.4' to carry an "efficient sound signal" device. This whistle is capable of very high-decibel sound production, wet or dry! The whistle can be attached to the wrist cord for convenience of use and floats if dropped in water. Key ring included for securing keys to cord.
